Captain Steve Woodbury, a long time Florida resident, arguably has salt water running through his veins after spending the majority of his life on local waters. His love of fishing, along with his business background, is what prompted him to obtain his United States Coast Guard (USCG) Master Captain's License.
His experience, knowledge and sense of humor have made him one of the top and most fun Charter Boat Captains along the Gulf. While growing up in a military family, he moved all over the country. This allowed him to perfect his fishing techniques and it is where he found his passion for fishing. Over the course of 20 years he has encountered many prosperous fishing "holes" and tricks of the trade through his endless hours spent on the waters.
The key to the success of Chummy Charters is that Capt. Steve is out there on the water doing research fishing anytime he has an open day, trying out new gear and tackle and continuing to track the fish. When you return to the dock from your action-packed fishing extravaganza, Captain Steve will display your fish up on the dock for all to see. That's when the pictures begin...holding the fish up (or not)...posing with the fish...laying next to the fish. Whatever picture you can come up with...that's what memories are made of and you'll have the proof...not just another fish story!
Finally, Captain Steve will fillet and clean your catch, and your fillets will be completely boneless. He is fast, efficient and does it the right way!

The boat is equipped with a T-Top, GPS, Fish Finder, VHF Radio, Leaning Post, Remote Trolling Motor, Dual Starting Batteries, Automatic Shallow Water Anchor, Suzuki 150 4 stroke Motor, Transom Live Wells and plenty of seating and dry storage.
